Anyone using this? Seems to be the perfect solution for cooling a tent, van or SUV. Drains 10 watts via USB and only uses a bottle of water. It's compact in size and priced right.

It'll work in the desert or other very dry climates. Anywhere humid, it'll be useless. It won't be able to evaporate enough water to provide much cooling and it'll make the already humid air even more damp and nasty.
