We have purchased Wedco's entire inventory of pre-2009 NATO-style jerrycans. Once these preban jerrycans are gone, there will be no more. Speak now or forever hold your peace.

Website said they were out of the water cans....I'm bummed, and pissed at myself for not ordering sooner! Does anyone know if Wedco just gave up, or if there will at least be new versions of these cans? I know there is a CARB compliant can listed but....???

Definitely not trying to steel any thunder away from Expedition Exchange, but I just ordered 4 of the exact same style cans from Deutsche Optik. They are older military surplus, but there is not a thing wrong with any of them and it comes with a stainless steel spout. No rust, only minor scratches if any, seals are all good, etc... I would say a good source at least for a while (they had 1000 of them a few weeks ago when I placed my order) if you can't get them at Expedition Exchange.

I think I read somewhere that there was a difference between gas and diesel cans. But I can not remember what, maybe it was just in the seals.
