This camper is for the Four Wheel Camper minded traveler who is looking to extend travel duration, increase all weather comfort and travel further off road (BDR routes and beyond). The camper may seem “stripped down” compared to a traditional RV but loaded compared to most overland vehicles. We thought of it as a small, lightweight expedition rig…

My buddy in Oregon fabricated the rock sliders. They are welded to the frame. I'm sure he could build you some if your travels land in Oregon! :)

Nice truck, you should have it sold soon. We have a 2019 F250 a supercab and have been looking all over for rock sliders for the supercab. If you don't mind can you also DM me as well your fabricator pal as well. We go to Oregon a few times a year.

Here are some Truck Camper Tips:

+ Remove camper jacks while traveling. Decreases wind drag. Reduces weight. Makes the truck more stable as the jacks are heavy and mounted on the outside of the camper.

+ DC to DC charger using Anderson plug provides an excellent camper charging solution in situations of no/low solar (think snow).

+ Torklift camper steps make easy camper access. + Camper truck roof clearance is good to consider especially on older trucks with C Channel frames.

+ Torklift FastGuns are the fastest and most secure way to attach the camper to the truck. They maintain spring load tension that allows some movement and maintains tension.

+ Dewalt Pole Saw is an excellent solution for tall hard wall campers traveling in areas with low tree branches.

+ Quick access to a shovel is ideal for camping and recovery situations.
