express body lift

I have read alot of posts and wright ups here and one guy did a 1 inch body lift with a excelent post description, but iwant to do a 2 inch body lift on my 2005 2wd express van. Will i need a longer steering shaft at he rack or what might be needed. Thanks in advance

Does anyone know if the steering shaft will still be useable stretched 2 inches or do I need to look for something else to replace it
