Factory Navigation system disapeared

Hi All....I have a 2013 Jeep JKU and have an issue with my factory GPS system that I wanted to toss out to you all before I try and tackle the issue. I was driving along listening to the radio and hit the on screen button to pull up the navigation system. The screen was blank. Thinking maybe it just needed to shut down and reboot, I figured it would do that next time I shut down and turned it off. Well its been a few weeks now and many resatarts and shut downs, but still no navigation system. Any thoughts? Is there a separate hard reboot I can do? Thanks in advance

The factory UConnect 430n is buggy; I’ve replaced mine twice when the nav died (once under warranty). If it happens again, I’m replacing it with an aftermarket that has CarPlay and Android Auto (Insane Audio JK2001 or Stinger Off-road STH10JK).

I know it's not nice to make fun of your issue...

BTT to someone that actually knows how to help you. Also, try wranglerforum...

I don’t have Nav in the Jeep but we do have it in one of the Rams, is it subscription based like the UConnect 8.4 Navigation?
