Falken MT in 255/85r16

Hi— looks like the Falken MT is available in 255/85r16 now with a reasonable price.

It's a shame that there aren't many smooth, quiet all terrains in that size. It would be nice if someone made a 265/85/16 or 275/85/16 for those of us with 16" rims that like their factory wheels.

Let's hope they follow up with an AT3W in 255/85r16. They already offer it in 255/80r17.

I've got a full size and would love a true 35+" 10.50 in an AT E-rating. I don't trust a Kenda.

I´ve been runnnig these since last nov. I was suprized how quiet they are on pavement. Much quieter than my last 2 sets of tires (bfg ta/ko2/cooper disc stt). Price was good.

just move up to 17" wheels and run the 255/80-17 it really is a great size and the Falken AT3w is incredibly smooth for an E rated tire.

These are also available in a 255 , haven’t ran the size in the xtreme country but they are surprisingly quiet for the tread pattern

I have the Extreme Country in 255- not exactly quiet to my ear, but really impressive off-road. Even at 20-25 psi the traction is fantastic in rocky & loose terrain and a little lower can haul me through deep sand, which I never expected from a "skinny" tire.

Guess I should clarify what I meant , they are semi quiet for as aggressive as the tread is , pictured don’t really do them justice

Same here. I have 255/80R17 on my truck and 255/85R16's on my Jeep, and am happy with both. Replaced same size Maxx's on both vehicles. The Maxx's were also good tires, FWIW.
All made in the USA.

It really pains me to see people buying tires made overseas when there are really good options available that are made here in the USA. Especially in the times we're in now, it seems to me that keeping American workers employed should take priority over saving a little on a set of tires...

Defiantly would love if they made the at3w in that size or a 33x10.50r15, can't justify the MT with our winters and how much pavement I do
