Feeler AEV tire Carrier (Austin, TX)

My wife docent like how high our AEV tire carrier sits our tire. So I'm going to put out a feeler to see if anyone Local might be interested. I have everything for the bumper. I have all bolts washers the shims and zip ties that came in the box from AEV. I would like to get $700 for it and swap rear bumpers as mine all ready has the hole in it for the carrier. Pick up only I don't want to mess with shipping.
