I'm just finishing up replacing my frame on my 2002 FG649. I'm at the part where I have to remount the Parking Break which is located in the middle of the driveline. Wondering if anyone has a idea of the the drive shafts should be aligned. I failed to measure the pinion angle 20190801_200343.jpgwhen I took it apart.

Your driveshaft alignment will never be correct as long as you have a 'parking break'. Once you upgrade to the now standard 'parking brake', all of your problems will be solved.

Driveshaft or propshaft angles are important, as are the pinion and transfer case yoke angles. As noted, there is a guide in the Body Builder's Manual, which is free online in PDF. A Google Images search on 'driveshaft angle' or 'pinion angle' will yield the two most popular choices, based simply on whether you are running standard U-joints or CV joints.
