Hello thought I would say Hi to everyone. I'm the owner of a 01 EB e350 window 4x4 7.3 bought new. just found this forum and love it. I'm always looking for vans and came across a strange one to day. It's listed as a cargo and from the drivers side it is. On the passenger side it's a window looks like it came factory this way and is the first time I've seen this. Has any one seen this before?
It has a 351 motor and a Quigley 4x4 conversion should look into this more or do you think I'll be disapointed with this set up?

There was an option for passenger side windows only. I can't remember the name of it, but not many of them made. It would make a really good campervan base.

I like my 351 in my family bus, solid old motor. Not sure if I would like it in a fully loaded campervan, though.
