This past saturday I saw 3 FJs rolling around San Diego. They are taller than I thought they'd be. Not that it is a bad thing. I really want one of them in my driveway. SWR, nice photo you found.

The built in foglight setup. It is available as an option on other ARB winchbar models (such as the 100 series Sahara) at a cost of ~$350ish (retail). Toss that ontop of the regular price and your there...

I'm glad they arn't more expensive. I have a pile coming as soon as they git the US, and I know ARB has pre-sold over 200! They could have easily asked for more considering the demand they have seen thusfar. Kudos to them for keeping it real.

Parts are going to pop up left and right for FJ's, OME & others will have suspension out ASAP, cool

I thought this thread would be DesertDude showing off his new 2007 FJ....I figured I'd have to drive to Sedona and ********** him out of jealosy...:ar15:

I'm seriously considering an FJ once the initial hype wears down...so far they look like a good compromise between fuel economy, interior room, payload and driveability.

I thought I read earlier today that Donahoe has already got rear coils figured out. They are getting ready for production now. it will give 2" lift in the rear.

Hey one question. How are you adjusting to the lack of visability? I mean all around vis on a taco is good. After having test drove the FJ I was concerned about 360 visability for daily driving and trail. over my lft I could see nothing but pillars and over the right shoulder was not much better. This was my major concern

I talked to the dealer about the back up camera option they have for the camery that has a 3" screen in the rear view mirror. They said it could be installed in an FJ also. I think I would probably go with a total vosion camera and small screen personally but the factory option moght be the best for just a back up cam.

I agree with you on the visiblity thing Nullfier. Although I haven't had the pleasure of getting inside one yet, from first glance it does appear that it would have some visibility issues. And as previously stated, it would be nice to grab hold of one once the hype wears off. Also, maybe I am the only one, but I really like how they spelled out Toyota on the grill instead of using the Toyota symbol. Very retro, very cool.
