don't know - I'll have to ask the customer unless Seth can comment. Any rack will make noise though, so I guess you're asking if they whistle?

Oh I failed to mention - the front bumper and sliders we did also. Customer will be coming back for a rear bumper with a swingout tire and 2 gas can mounts.
