Indonesia I think. Have seen some custom jobs (e.g. Ballie's) ones in Africa, double cab 79 pickup has to be about the best!

Its not Afrikans, Its Indonesian. It doesn't mention about any hack job. Asking price about: 13,145.7703 USD (1.00 USD = 11,410.48 Indonesian Rupiah)

And the only items that were OE are the spare wheel and tool kit.

1/79' on a FJ40, and the early 70's for an FJ55 for example. As for the diesel options, you could be correct on 80' but I would assume it followed the same pattern as the gas spec trucks? The majority of the model data I've accumulated over the years is US specific :D
