Flex seal

Developed a small hole in my fresh water tank, have to remove (pita)
To fix.
Can I trust flex paste, tape or spray as a permanent fix?

As an RV tech I had a customer repair a leaky P trap with flex tape. It wasnt until I pulled the tape off that the drip started. Must have worked.

Eternabond is the best stuff going but its expensive and I don't know if it's food safe or whatever.

Thanks, it's an 1/8" hole from a drill bit. I'll spare you the details.
Don't have access to eternabond, but, flex tape is everywhere.

Polyethylene probably, just read about jb plastic weld. Looks pretty good.
I like the ss screw concept in conjunction with jb plastic weld.. I would rather overkill
Than to remove the dang tank again.
