Looks like it has factory lockers from the button on the dash but no undercarriage pics to confirm the lockers. Interesting silver trim on the interior, maybe this is an Lexus thing, lighting on the interior pics is bad. Some kind of aftermarket front and maybe rear bumper? Can't tell with the rear, it kind of looks stock, maybe he added a swing out to the stock bumper. No sliders, and still has the stock side steps, thus probably not a rock crawler.
