@davidtzlu It is between Cortez and Dolores, Colorado which is Southwest Colorado.

The location is listed towards the top of the listing but there's so much information here I could see how you could miss it.

I have had a few questions on the rig, so posting some of those Q&A here:

(1) How clean is the rig, what does it need?

The rig is very clean a few pinstripes on the outside, but mostly in the vinyl wrap. A couple of chips in into the Webasto cooktop glass, but purely cosmetic. There are scratches on the kitchen countertop, but they are minor. The rear fenders both have cracked fiberglass from what appears to be the house hitting the fenders before the the new springs were put on. I plan to sand them down and repair that, just have not gotten there yet. I just spent about 12 hours last weekend sanding and wire brushing surface rust underneath and repainting that. There is a couple of holes that were plugged in the shower for. The original cartridge toilet mounts have been filled, but you can still see the evidence of holes being there. I got the peeling vinyl wrap fixed by having another strip of vinyl applied over the seam. It looks great now!

(2) How would I get Earth Cruiser service?

There are 2 ex employees of Earth Cruiser that have opened up shops in Bend and are working on Earth Cruisers there's nothing special about an Earth Cruiser, all f the systems are that's all off the shelf parts and components so for the most part you can get the appliances worked on at any service center. I know the Earth Roamer has worked on a couple of people's Earth cruisers recently in Colorado and XP / Nimble have worked on Earth Cruisers in California.

(3) Why are the owners selling it?

The owners have retired and moved to Mexico and because of health reasons can no longer travel in the Earth Cruiser
