Habitat Info:
There are no leaks when raining.
The Habitat has been regularly seasoned (spraying with water). This maintains water proofness of the cotton/poly fabric.
There was a tear in one of the small side tent window that was repaired with clear vinyl window tape.
The Habitat previously had Rigid exterior lights installed ($492). On the exterior sides Rigid 1x2 65 Degree DC Scene lights ($133 each): one white on drivers side, a white & amber on the passenger side. A Rigid low power Amber A series ($102, black housing) on the lid so when the lid is flipped it lights the area below it. The mounting & wiring holes now have stainless eyebolts installed. However, I have the RIGID lights available but not the wire runs or switches. I also have the 2" velcro hook that was used to place over the wiring going to the lid light and the wiring running along the inside wall.
Installation:
Will need new one sided adhesive weather striping. I can find what was used on mine or you can ask AT Overland.
Will need 3 (if I help) to 4 people to lift topper onto vehicle, or a trailer to take with you.
Please check dimensions for base, width & length to ensure fit onto a trailer
I can show you how it is installed.
Mine was on a Tacoma so I know how it was installed and have all components for installation to the Tacoma side rails.
AT Overland will also install for a price if you take it to them (Check with them)

Side & Rear Hatch:
I attached carpet to the side hatch using 6 rivnuts & washers so the carpet is replaceable.
The rear hatch window just has some silver reflective bubble sheet covered in plastic stuck under the window lip. It is easily removable and there is no adhesive.

USB & 12v DC ports:
Ports on habitat rear vertical columns. Wire in bottom of drivers side is the connection for the habitat brake light that would tap into the brake light.

Alucab Shower Cube and Dragonfly Tarps Pendragon Tarp:
As noted previously the dragonfly tarp doesn't include the poles the three poles can be purchased from Dragonfly Tarps or use alternative poles. (Highly recommend the Dragonfly Tarps poles.) Vehicle side of Tarp attaches to footman's loops.
