I am very reluctantly selling my beloved RTT.... 
Reason for selling: it is too heavy for my Subaru Outback and it impacts suspension.
I'd either have to sell the car and get a bigger, more capable car with better suspension (these tents are ideal for Tacomas or 4 Runners), or sell the tent. Since I can't really afford to sell the car right now, I am choosing to part with the tent.

I paid $3000 for it (+tax and shipping). Willing to part with it for $2300. A little cheaper than the website and you don't have to pay for tax or shipping. Only local pickup in San Francisco.
You will need a sturdy custom rack on your car and two or ideally 3 friends to come with you to help you load it onto the roof of your car. You can install it in my driveway.
It comes with all installation hardware and telescopic ladder. In almost brand new condition. Stored inside a bag in garage.

It sleeps like a dream, it's so roomy and comfortable. It can be fully blackout, so you can sleep in past sunrise. It also stays surprisingly cool inside during hot days, so great for taking a nap or sheltering from the heat.
