For Sale: Custom Built Overland Trailer

I am looking to sale my custom built overland trailer I been building for the last 3 years off and on. I'm a structural steel fabricator by trade, always wanted to build a custom built overland trailer, and I'm about 90% finish depending on which way I wanted to go. However due to some medical issues, I have stop working on this project, and decided to sale it since I could use the money right now. The only thing left on this build is all the cosmetics and paint/powder coating. The trailer looks heavy, however it's only 2000lbs as of now, pulls very smooth, and straight.

I wasn’t a fan of the square box look of most overland trailers, so I added some aerodynamic to my custom build. I was originally building this trailer for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, so the trailer has the same width and bolt pattern as the JK/JL model. The frame is built out of 2”x3”x3/16" square tube, the cargo frame is built out of 1”x2”x.083" square tube with 14 gauge sheet metal, and the trailer is 12ft in long and 6’ 8 ½” wide. The axle is a 3500lb Dexter with HD leaf springs, shocks, and 10" electric drum brakes. The trailer was originally designed to run 37"x12.50 MT tires, however it can run 31's to 38's inch tires no problem. It currently has 33"x11.50 Cooper ST Pro MT tires with Soft 8 17x8 Black steel wheels. The tire carrier is adjustable for different size tires, has two Rotopax mounts on each side, and a hi lift jack mount up on top of the tire carrier arm.

The trailer design was going to feature a 6 gallon DSI water heater and a exterior shower. The rear was going to have a sink/stove that slide out the back and a 45 gallon water tank mounted to the center of the trailer. I have the 45 gallon water tank with a custom steel mount, RV exterior shower, sink, stove, two brand new 2.5 gallon propane tanks with custom mounts. It will need a 6 gallon DSI water heater or some sort of water heater to make this work.

I was planning on this trailer to be powder coated, so I made the cargo box bolt to the frame using trick tabs, the side boxes bolt to the cargo box and fenders. The frame has been drilled and sleeved with a piece of tube, so all the electrical wiring can be tucked inside the trailer frame, up away from getting damaged. The trailer is currently wired up with a 4 pin trailer wiring harness, since I recently had it inspected, registered with a brand new title and permanent tags. I have two big boxes of stuff for this trailer build, including all the Rigid Industries, KC Cyclone led lights I was going to install in this trailer. Too much stuff to list here, if your seriously interested shoot me a message and I would share all the information on this build. I have uploaded some pictures with my old Jeep and current Tacoma, personally I think this trailer would be best behind a SUV or Jeep Wrangler. Cash Only, No trades, Asking $9,500.00 OBO. Located in Goodyear, AZ USA.
