I bought this a few months ago, built it myself . I've only used it on about 3 or 4 trips. Its a super awesome camping setup.
It includes:
+ smittybilt scout trailer, prebuilt, registered with DMV in CA, properly maintained, probably less than 1000 miles on it https://www.quadratec.com/p/smittybilt/scout-trailer $6000 value
+ Smittybilt overland tent pre mounted on top https://www.smittybilt.com/overlander_tent_and_awning $899 value

+ dual rotopax mount on side for water or fuel (does not include rotopax, only the mounts) +$150 value or so

Custom mods i've done on it (which I can remove if you prefer)
+ Interior light pods in each drawer and cabinet (see pics)
+ exterior light pods on each corner on outside, all wired very cleanly and water proofed
+ 100Ah battery mounted in the toung box on front
+ solar charge controller mounted inside box on front as well (can recharge battery when off grid with a solar panel using mc4 connectors)
+ wiring and switch control for lights
+ power run to rear of trailer for ARB Fridge if wanted, hardwired directly to the battery (ARB branded wiring harness)+
+ wood shelf added to right side of trailer drawer instead of generator cabinet (I still have generator cabinet drawer, can be put back in if wanted instead)
Total value of what i've spent probably close to $8000 on all of this stuff.
