I have an electronic throttle module for all 2005 and up 5.4-6.8 Gas, 05+ Diesel motors. The module has 3 presets for adjustable RPM's and 1 variable (just need potentiometer) this can be used for high idle for winching or high output inverter, hydraulics (locking torque converter) or anything you might want to adjust idle speed for. Easy to install using ford factory SEIC (Ford provides blunt cut under the dash) and plugs into OBD2 port.
