These things sure hold their value. I wonder what the new price for a Hawk was in 2001?

Looks like the price of a Hawk in August 2002 was $7,195.00 plus options. That's a pretty decent value retention even with inflation. Better than Earthroamer even.

It's appreciated in 20 years! Assuming it sells. I find FWCs to be overpriced in all phases. Been through a few. Fit and finish is the same as any other camper. They are light. I see them for half that price all the time.

Everything listed for sale in Southern California (especially San Diego) is always over priced. Most people that live down there are either rich or barely hanging on (99% of people). Cost of living is absurd. I am from North County (moved away) so I feel I have the credentials to make that statement ?!
