Ran across this super freebie recently. Great project covering just about every state...but it appears you must download each DRG (tiff format with separate world file) individually.

Firefox has some addons that will help download them in bulk. I think the one I used was called 'downloadthemall'. Took awhile because Az was 10gig worth of data.

This is fantastic, thank you! I did not realize this was an option...Downthemall worked great.
