Front Bumper 4 90 p/u

Hey guys after a faild atempt of putting in my front tow hooks ihave been looking at some bumpers

me a fan of marlin crawlers front bumper on a 90 p/u

any ideas??

the rear holes on the front tow hooks are striped.. (holes on the truck)

Mine were as well. I just ran a 1/2 tap in them and they cleaned right up and converted over 1/2 bolts

How badly stripped? The two holes that the tow hooks go into are M12x1.25 and a tap is cheap. Here in Denver we have an all metric place and US-made plug taps go for around $5 to $10 in the Toyota sizes (the 12mm was $7). Just about any winch bumper you get will probably use the tow hook holes, so you really need them. If they are really badly stripped and the threads are completely gone, then you can go to 1/2". Personally I would use M14x1.5, which is the next bigger JIS size, but either way there aren't many 14mm or 1/2" bolts on your truck anyway.

Aj from Bentup is makeing me a custom front bumper

Much like arb with winch mount on top of bottom and then a hitch reciver for thefront...

hes gonnamake it this weekend when he does ill take soem pics and post them new back bumper for those who didnt read my post.. next is the litle stuff like recovery gear tools ammo can storage and some way to carry gass and watter.ok guys im off for the night any more ideas welcome thanks
