front end conversion to 08+ e350

Has anyone done the conversion to the new headlight/grille setup on their van? parts needed? estimated total cost?
i really like the new front ends and would want to do a projector headlight conversion as well with the new headlights since they appear to be more accepting of the projectors.

i have an '06 if it matters. is it as simple as fenders, grille, headlights and hood? or is the core support being swapped out as well?

I haven't done it but researched awhile back and believe that you need to change to core or radiator support.

I wish I saved the link, but yes, it has been done. I think the extent of the differences was a few mounting holes here and there, the hood, and the fender support.
