***There are small holes on the screen (ONLY on one panel, the rest of the screen panels are holes free! See Pics) that can easily be repaired with a screen repair kit. Also one of the poles broke but fixed very well. Pics are the ACTUAL condition. The screen house is fully functional.
Here are the screen holes I mentioned. Can be fixed easily if it bothers the new owner.
