FS: Eezi-Awn 1600 in Prescott, AZ

***SOLD***

Ever since getting into adventure motorcycling, I haven't used my roof top tent very much. I purchased it 3.5 years ago and have slept in it about 75 nights (maybe 3 of which were in the past year). The tent is still in great shape, but the cover is quite weathered after being in the Arizona sun for a few years. I spoke to Martyn at Adventure Trailers and he said a replacement cover usually runs about $100. I am asking $1000 for the Eezi-Awn 1600. I will be down in Tucson & Phoenix this weekend, so let me know if you are interested.

Good luck with the sale Jeremy. I recently purchased an Eezi-Awn 1600 and love it for times when I'm not pulling my KK trailer.

Of course, I also understand the allure of motos over four wheels :sombrero:

Yes, the tent is still available. However, I will be out of town from 7/17 - 7/22.

I took some photos of the interior & exterior of the tent, as well as the underside of the cover. As mentioned before, the exterior of the cover is very weathered & needs to be replaced soon.

Jeremy,

Nice touch adding those red tabs to pull out the spring locks that secure the ladder (proper name?). I need to rig-up something like that.

Good luck with the sale, the 1600 is a great size.

Do you have it mounted somewhere that I can see it opened up? I don't have my rack yet, but very intrested.

It's not mounted on my truck anymore, but the photos in post #5 are shots of it deployed. Those were taken just last week. The two photos of the cover in the first post were taken last month, just before I removed the tent from my truck.

Well I am reall yintrested, but we need the money for our new house (closing Sept. 1).

If you still have it when we get more surplus, I want to look at it. Any chance you will rent it out for me to help convince her? ;-)

Tent is still available for sale, and will be at the OJ/AT Open House (after the Smiley Rock trail rehab) this Saturday, October 9th if anyone wants to check it out.

I'll be driving from Prescott to Tucson via Phoenix twice in November, so would be happy to deliver the tent anywhere along that route. Any takers?

Price drop to $1000. I will be driving down to Tucson this week for Thanksgiving, and would be happy to deliver the tent anywhere in Phoenix or Tucson. This would make for a great stocking-stuffer at Christmastime!
