These straps are from Expedition Exchange when they used to sell straps under their brand name Expeditionwear. Both have reinforced eyelets and movable chafe guards. I don't remember the load rating of the straps and Expedition Exchange no longer has them on their website. The tow strap is 2" wide, 30ft long and the tree strap is 3" wide and 10ft. They are in great condition with just a bit of soiling from the couple of times I used them. $40 for the pair plus shipping. Located in Boulder, CO.
