I personally think you're asking a bit much for the 12-24mm. I can find it in MINT condition for quite a bit less. I was surprised as well for how little they go and have mine posted as well (mint USA version), but for considerably less.
Your D300 body is priced on the high end as well, even with only 4k actuations.
Your 18-200VR however, is priced competitively.
Your 35mm is also priced very competitively.
Sorry, didn't want to kill your feeler, I know how it is with value depreciation on equipment and am just telling it like it is.

The D300 is fine, most go used for $1100-$1300. I feel that $1200 with free shipping and considerably less actuations is fair.
The 12-24 is the only thing which may be a little high, though it's still over $100 off the lowest price you can find for a new one. I am reluctant to get rid of it, so I changed the price. I had initially listed it for $800 on my photography forum, and got 7 offers within the first day. It made me re-think it, so I adjusted the price accordingly. Everything is in mint condition, which you can never be certain of when purchasing used from retailers such as Adorama. Their rating scale leaves a bit to be desired.
If it doesn't sell, or it doesn't fit into people's budgets, no big deal I'll keep it.
All 3 items have to have a solid offer on them before any of them ship out.
