I just purchased a D200 and will soon be purchasing another lens to go with it, so I am selling my D40x and its corresponding lenses and gear. I would like to sell it as a kit, rather then part it out, but if that doesn't seam to be selling, I am open to selling individual items. Kit includes:
D40x w/Camera Armor, charger and two batteries, Kingston 2GB SD, and Nikon Camera case.

Nikon 18-135 3.5-5.6G ED w/hood and lens cover (lens cover is a bit beat up, but is functionally fine, was not on lens when damage occurred).

Tiffen 52mm filter kit (Digital Ultra Clear, Haze 1, Haze 2A, 812, Enhancing, and Circular Polarizer)
NEW ITEMS: ML-L3 IR remote and Extreme III 2GB SD card. Learned these items do not work with the new camera, both are in mint condition. Price is still the same.
There are some VERY minor scratches on the rear LCD screen of the camera, but are not noticeable at all when the camera is turned on. The 62mm lens cover as mentioned is scratched up. Other then that, everything is in perfect like new condition. The only reason I am getting rid of any of this is because I purchased a 70-300VR (hence the sale of the 55-200) and a D200 will be arriving in less then 24hrs (for which I will be getting a 17-55 f2.8, so the 18-135 is not needed). The filter kit fits the 55-200, neither of which has been hardly out of the house (70-300 came along for an awesome price shortly after I purchased the stuff I am now selling). I would really love to keep it all as camping gear, but I don't have a budget for two cameras and 4 lenses.
