So my addiction results in the sale of a pair of
PIAA 8008 HID Shock Lights
Well, I am testing several new HID lighting systems, and in order to do so, I've removed my beloved PIAA 8008 HID Shock Lights from my FJ...
These lights are among the best of the best; they use composite body and lens to make them virtually unbreakable in normal use; the PIAA 8008 use an internal ballast system and industry-standard D2S HID capsules to provide un unbelievable amount of light in a very useful pattern. All while drawing just over 3 amps each (they use less juice than a factory fog light). Mounting hardware is stainless steel, and I've painted the normally white outer rings black to make the light more stealthy. Because of the internal ballast design, they can be installed into an existing light system without running a new harness - just swap out the lights, if the originals are at least a 55w draw system...EASY !!!
