FS: Roam Awning with Room, New, Northern California - $350

I configured my teardrop trailer with 8' Roam Awning with the Room and have found that I want to use that space for a different setup.

The awning and room is new, I only zippered open the bag to see what it looks like inside.

Pickup preferred in Bay Area, but otherwise open to anyone interested in shipping it at their expense.
