Two sections stand out for me in that ad....
"Our beloved Vanagon, named Mary, which has been our home for the last 2 years throughout our journey around the world, will be for sale when we end our journey ar the end of July 2010 in Canada. She has taken us safely on adventures on and off road in Australia, New Zealand, South America, USA and Canada. She is fully equipped for more adventures all over the world."

I wonder where it broke down and needed a total engine rebuild in the middle of their around the world trek...

Its a VW van... they knew it was going to break down...lol. Its kind of like a Rover..the cool factor out weighs the quirks...lol
