FWC: help identifying screen door slider?

Making sure everything is tip-top before someone buys this.

Need to replace the opening part of the screen door, stationary section is fine. If I have to buy both... no biggie. Looked up and down the old interwebz and cannot find a match, however.

Camco's, atwood, etc. all have different patterns or shapes.

Does anyone know the manufacturer of this one? Would prefer to keep it original.
