FWC/Tacoma height?

Anyone out there know the height of a 2014 Tacoma + a FWC Fleet with Yakima rack? We've got a new Fleet on order and I'm crossing my fingers that it will fit in my shop..........

It will be close, but I think it will fit. Is the opening a full 96"? Is your Tacoma at stock height?

I have been thinking that I need to get an exact height of my Tacoma/FWC/roof rack, as I might be taking it on some ferries this autumn. Too bad it is not currently on the truck, I could do the measurement now.

Maybe a little taller than stock height??. I've increased the tire size to 265/70R 17" + Firestone air bags. The opening is 97 ¼" exactly. Maybe I'll have to let some air out of the airbags to squeeze it in?! There's plenty of room once inside the shop to pop the top, but getting inside is the crux. Living in the NW, I feel that's it essential to park/store the FWC inside and I'll do what it takes to make it happen.

Well the Fleet is 54" closed. I would add about 4" for the Yakima bars and the roof vent. I would also add about 2" for the pad that the camper sits on in the composite bed.

So measure 60" from the bed of your truck. Hopefully your bed is at less than 36"! You can always deflate your rear tires if you need to squeak in.
