Gen 2.5 Rear slider windows leaking

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I recently took out the rear seats and didn't notice that there was a leak until today since it's been raining recently. The windows are closed shut and I made sure of that.

Where is it wet? Did you remove the hardware located on the floor? If so did you put the bolts back to stop water from coming in?
I've never had a rear sliding window leak, so I'm no help there.

I put the hardware in and tightened them down right after I removed the seats. The water was coming in right by the window, but I found out the problem. My wife never really closed them all the way. Instead she closed them until they latched closed. I opened them and then closed them down with a little more force. I washed my car today and saw no leaks.
