Gen 3 floor mats - No weathertech or husky?

Does anyone make decent fitted all-weather floor mats for the Gen 3 Montero? What is everyone's experience with Weathertech's cargo liner?

I've got a weathertech cargo liner in my 2.5. I love it. When it gets dirty I pull it out, hose it down and give it a quick scrub with a stiff brush and soapy water. It's caught and contained liquid and solid spills.

Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.
Husky floor liners sit in my rig. Both front seats and the back seats as well (I've got kids).
I would recommend them. The large "lip" works very well, and they don't move around at all.

I picked up some universal Weathertech mats at Sears for under $30 on sale. They fit ok, a little narrow to be perfect up front though. For the price for a set of 4 I can't complain too much. I had custom Husky liners in my 80 and loved them but I couldn't find the same style for the gen3 Montero or I would have went that route.

The Weathertech medium size universal fit cargo mat was way too short to be useful. I think the next size up will fit fine if you don't want to spend the big bucks on the custom fit cargo liner.

Where did you find the liners? I only see the HD mats for our trucks and none of the custom fitted liners.

I had weather tech for a jeep grand cherokee I had.. they were great! The way the footwell of the jeep was shaped, I think it helped.. but you could basically spill a cup of coffee or two into the mat and it would be totally contained on 5 sides (front/back, left/right & bottom)

they are expensive though, but they fit like a glove, that was great!

I wanted the weather tech liners, but our GEN3 Montero's are not that popular with weather tech's data. So, no liners for us.

We have a company here in Australia called NoBull Accessories who manufacture a mat called the Sand Grabba. Not cheap at around $150 AUD for the fronts alone, but plenty over here using them. Pretty sure they do a Gen 3. It could be worth a hunt around the web as their promo video states they export all over the world. I know TJM over here also sell them, so maybe TJM in the States can help?

AUS = RHD. I don't see LHD in their options. Too bad as my mats are getting ruined by the salt up here.

I purchased these many years ago, and can't recall who supplied them.
I looked at the mats that Husky has on their web site for the Gen. III Montero, and that is not what I have.
Mine is a more basic liner the a big lip around the entire edge. Too bad if they aren't making these any more...I really like how they work.
Good Luck

Lloyds and American Floor Mats. They have 2 models of rubber mats for vehicles: Rubbertite and Northridge. I think Northridge is considered a premium but it isn't clear why/how..

I don't know how they fit in the gen 3, yet. I can update when they arrive.
Last year however, I ordered bulk Rubbertite mat for my 83 Nissan 720 truck, cut it to shape, and have been very pleased. They don't have the tub sides like Husky nor a logo like Weathertech, but the pattern does look pretty cool and they hold a fair amount of spill/crud. Multiple colors available.
