You should see it without the street tire set on it.
I believe this is what is referred to as Redneck Engineering, right? I give them an A for effort, as long as that isn't painted PVC or exhaust pipe. Had they stripped the factor bumper off and practiced using the bender more, they could have improved the look of the vehicle greatly.
Don't we all wish our vehicles got that gas mileage?
