going through Quigley front end

Have an 03 quigley conversion and the front end needs to be gone through. ball joints, tie rods, steering stabilizer, etc.

Anything I should specifically be on the lookout for?

Looks like Rock Auto is probably where I'm going to get parts.

I did the wheel bearings a while ago - replaced with a custom Solid Axle job - 35 spline outers with 8x6.5 bolt pattern. Love that setup. You should do it if you're thinking about it. No unit bearings, no vacuum actuators, real lockouts. :friday:

You can call Quigley with your VIN number and they will supply you with all the needed parts to rebuild the frontend.
I'm sure you could find the parts at the local Ford Stealership and even the junkyard as well.
What year is your van?
Any pics?
I'm in the process of buying a 1998 V10 12 passenger.

Before you order anything get in touch with Quigley and find out what axle they installed (you will need your VIN for them to look it up). Mine just happens to be a chevy one???? They may also give you the part numbers for the other bits you need but expect them to try to supply. Once you get all your parts make sure you keep a list for later reference.
