Hey Guy's
I've finally been able to start working on the M416. Here's what I've done so far
#1 3500lb axle with electric brakes and 6x5.5
#2 completely modified the tongue about 3.5' and still used the factory lunette.
#3 reinforced the entire frame
#4 new Fenders
#5 fab side steps
#6 found a set of really cool Nissan Rims

Still to complete list
#1 sand blast and paint
#2 rewire entire trailer
#3 fab gas can holders
#4 fab lid
#5 install RTT

I'll get pics posted tonight

looking forward to the pictures. Sounds like your build is similar to mine, great little trailers. I want to extend my frame and tongue as well and still retain the lunette ring, I really like them despite a lot of guys complaints. I like the strength and articulation when on my m1009 tow vehicle and the price is hard to beat as well!

Ive had mine blasted once and think after a few years of use after I'm going to re-blast it and just have it line-x coated inside the tub and on the bottom. seems like the paints always ends up getting all chipped from highway and off road. SO i figure a few extra bucks now might keep this thing rolling for my son years down the road.
