Grab Handles

Hello,
After hitting some rougher trail last weekend with the better half, she asked that I add an overhead grab/ panic handle. The one on the A-pillar is too far away, she wants an over head one like normal trucks/ suv's that she is used to and I agree. I did some searching but came up blank. Does anyone know of a solution for the E-series vans?

Handles out of an older Ford Explorer (2005 Back) are compact and are nicely trimed, a simple install.
