I have an 1.9 Hannibal Awning that I had custom aluminum mounts machined to fit a Garvin Wilderness Roof Rack for a Jeep LJ.
It came out absolutely bombproof.
It uses 2 3/8" bolts on each mount and is uber-solid, zero movement...probably slightly overboard
I no longer have the Jeep so I'm thinking about selling the 1.9 and getting a 2.4 for my new 80 series.
The awning was only on the Jeep for a few weeks so it is in as new condition.
I'm thinking $700. Really cheap when you figure the cost of a giant chunk of aluminum and the cost of getting it machined.
Sorry I don't have any pictures of it mounted on the Jeep, I had some on my phone but it died recently.
