Has anyone seen these tie downs

I purchased a set of Torklift frame mounts and these turnbuckles came with them

Has anyone used or seen the ones that look like shocks. I looked on torklift and searched tie down images
but haven't seen these anywhere

The shocks are for the cab-over to truck cowl to stop camper bounce, however you are missing the mounting brackets. used around 1970 up till 1990. the turnbuckles are rear mounts to bed of truck.I don't believe Torklift made these.
