Has anyone had any success fitting headers in their modern E-series 4x4? I'd be especially interested in anyone who has found something to work with the 5.4...
Long tubes seem like I would have driveshaft interference issues, but I would want the extra low-end power. Shorties might interfere with the body? I'm not sure. I'm wondering if anyone has come across a good solution. I have a broken exhaust manifold stud and figured if I am pulling it off anyways I might as well upgrade. I don't feel that the power gains are worth trying to go custom or modifying anything to make an off-the-shelf setup work though.
