Help needed for 2007 Ford E-350 diesel ambulance conversion- parasitic battery drain

Hey everyone!

I'm new to this epic site and would love to get some help.

I have a 2007 Ford E-350 diesel ambulance that I am converting into a camper/mobile home.

So far, we have gutted the chassis completely down to its insulation and exposed the ribcages.
The chassis heater and AC have both also been removed as we have no need for it.
I've also stripped down most of the electrical wiring that was associated with many of the ambulance medical items, including the right and left cot inner lights (I followed the electrical wiring diagram) among others.

I appear to have a parasitic battery drain somewhere that is affecting my two starter batteries. Does anyone know how I can find out where the drain is coming from?

I've included some photos of where all the electrical is in case it helps.

Many thanks in advance =)

First go online and search for the maximum amp drain for your vehicle. For example it may say .7amp maximum drain. Get your multi-tester, set to amp reading, with the battery still connected, probe the pos and neg terminals. If you have a reading that is above the maximum drain listed, in the example .7amps, you have a parasitic drain. Now with your meter still connected have someone start pulling fuses one at a time. When the right fuse is pulled, the amperage will drop to or below your maximum drain. That will let you know what circuit the drain is in. Then it is a matter of tracing that circuit and finding the draw.

Two items we have issues with. The easiest, disconnect the alt first, make sure its not that. Second, unplug the central junction box under the dash, make sure the windshield has not been leaking. I would start there.
