HELP with photo theme of the week

So that theres not just one person running the deal?

That way when I (or they) are super busy it still gets taken care of?

What I have seen on other forums that works quite well (IMO), the "winner" chooses the next theme, and the closing date for entries (typically 2 - 3 weeks away).

The winner does get to choose a theme.

I have a spreadsheet of current themes (used/voted/and not used or voted). That way you know which one you can use!

You CAN still participate in the photo taking

Theme posted Monday. Goes till midnight the following Monday for entry time.
Tuesdays polls are created and go for 7 days.
