Help with Walls

First post, I've done lots of searching and reading but can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Hopefully someone can help. I purchased a m1102 military trailer that I will convert to a mini camper. No, major offroading but will be running up into the mountains for hunting. I will frame the sides, about 5' high and close in the roof. I have access to all the 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/16" tube steel I want. Will this be sufficient to frame the walls and roof with? I can add gussets at corners if needed.

Probably suitable. Free is always best.

Ideal, keep it light is always good. I only use tubing. Gussets are a good ideal, drill a big hole to reduce their weight.
