the forum is filled with innovative stuff. guys here have serious fabrication skills. just pick one of the catagories (i always get caught up in "today's posts) and start reading threads whose titles sound interesting.

x2 - tons of people fab stuff up.

This forum has a smaller sampling of what people do for each respective vehicle brand.

I'm into Landcruisers, so I frequently visit ih8mud.com which has much more Landcruiser mods. There are many other sites for the different models.

There are also sites like pirate4x4 which is a wild west of 4x4 fab. Don't expect to be pampered there and you will get an earful if you act like a newb. But they also have lots of people doing hard core builds.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think "kit" refers to gear... Like tents, stoves, etc.

has anyone built one of the "beercan" stoves? I'm looking at mine trying to decide if I waste the money to buy bud light bottles( the aluminum type) If they might be a better Beer can, one that would not need a stand fro pot support.
