homemade winch plate bumper

I'm new here so I don't know if your guys are interested in homemade junk but here's mine. I made a new bumper/winch plate. I actually bought a riser winch plate from AtoZ Fabrication but it was way too tall so it had to go. I can't wait to blow a bead or get stuck:roost:

The plate is 33x7.5x1/4",
the bumper is 2x4x1/4",
the upright is 2" box 1/8" wall
the fairlead plate is 2.5x 1/4" strip steel

Welcome to the forum, BigAl,

While I'm not one of them :D , there are a number of great fabricators on the forum. :punk03:

Great looking bumper - I'm always impressed at the skills you guys have!

I spy an Isuzu in the background. Looks like a Trooper, but the body panel says Rodeo. :)

I love home made junk, I got lots of home made junk at home. Mostly wood stuff, not so much welding...

I like to hack stuff together myself, I figure I can screw it up 2-3 time before I reach the cost of store bought:chef: You threw me, we haven't have a rodeo since 94, the other truck in the garage is my wife's xterra. I did put 31s on it but it only goes offroad when she's putting on make up
