The smallest run I can do is 50.

Made from powder coated steel the cost is $80.00 each, clear anodized Aluminum is $84.00, and Brushed Stainless is $85.00

I wouldn't pull the trigger on the order until we had 35 holders pre-sold, and they would all have to be made from the same material.

If we can get 50 pre orderded old can holders martyn may be willing to do a run for us.

So my question is how many of us really want the old AT can holders that will fit the Scepter can's, and are you willing to put half down if needed?

I know I am willing to put half down on 2.

Quick question how much are they? and can they carry water?

I think mine shipped was just shy of $100. Or just over. But right in that range. And mine was to a commercial address, so that may affect shipping costs.

Stick with the water cans for water, and fuel cans for fuel. Water ones are specially lined for potable water. Fuel will destroy it, and fuel cans will rust with water (unless it's a scepter can, and then I still wouldn't want to use a fuel can for water, pouring issues aside).

The old will fit scepter cans. The new will fit NATO and Wedco cans only.

I'd take two of the old style holders. Half payment up front is fine by me. Full payment up front would be fine too.

Martyn did say in the other thread that the prospect for producing the old style can holders was not good, so I hope we aren't annoying him too much by putting out a "feeler" for the possible demand for old style holders.

I can't imagine it would bother him too much (don't know the guy personally). From what I understand, if we're able to get the minimum amount of carriers (interest), and the money can come though, AT's cost and profit would be met, and all parties would be pleased with the outcome.

However, it would appear we need somewhere in the range of 100 units to at least meet the minimum requirements for a production run. So far we have less than 10.
