How to fix uneven patches of raptor liner on plywood

Looking for advice on how to fix uneven patches of raptor liner on my plywood storage box. It’s been 48 hours since I applied my third coat. Can I sand and respray after this amount of time? Wondering if other folks have managed to solve this issue?

Do you have a picture of what you're talking about? Could you possibly be holding the gun too close or are you saying it's thinner in some spots than other.
